  • 2026 Season: Every Saturday from May 16 to October 31.

    • Early Season (May 16 – June 20): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Peak Season (June 27 – Sept 5): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Late Season (Sept 12 – Oct 31): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Note: Vendors must be fully set up before opening and remain until the market closes. Late arrivals or early departures are not permitted.

  • We aim for a diverse and high-quality market. Our selection is based on:

    • Local Priority: Preference is given to vendors located within 50 km of Sutton.

    • Quality: Product fit with the spirit of the Sutton Market.

    • Variety: We manage the number of vendors per category to ensure a balanced experience for everyone.

  • The Sutton Market provides vendor spaces and tables (6ft or 8ft) for a fee.

    • Tents: Vendors must provide their own tent and display setup.

    • Electricity: Very limited availability. Please request this in your application if required.

    • Weather: We operate Rain or Shine. In over 55 years, we have only closed once. Cancellations require 24-hour email notice.

    • Payment Methods: We accept Cash or Debit only. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.

    • Rates: Seasonal/Long-term vendors pay in advance for a discount. Weekly vendors pay the morning of the market.

    • Economic Impact: To help us secure future grants, all vendors agree to provide their anonymous seasonal revenue totals at the end of the year.
